Your coworkers want that cup too. They will knock hours off your shift, steal straight out of your hand, and pass you their drawn customers with a smile.

What are you up against
MEET THE CUSTOMER CATEGORIES
Minimum Rage IS a card game
about terrible customers, backstabbing coworkers and keeping your sanity in check for 20 minutes of pure workplace chaos!
Customers
Menaces
They've read the signs. They've decided the signs don't apply to them. Smoking indoors, sleeping in the booths, wandering into the staff room like they work here.
Take Puffing Pete, for example. He's been smoking inside since before you were born and he isn't about to stop for a laminated sign. Ask him to take it outside and he'll gesture at the open door like he's solved it for both of you. The ash is already on the floor.

Customers
Grots
Something has been spilled, something is smeared on the glass, and something smells. They are the reason the mop exists, and the mop is losing.
Take Critter Carl, for example. He brought a friend. The friend has a tail. Carl doesn't see the problem, because the rat is very well behaved, and the flies came in on their own.

Customers
Hagglers
Every order becomes a negotiation. Expired coupons, a fistful of shrapnel, and a long argument about a surcharge that has been on the menu for four years.
Take Policy Paul, for example. He's quoting the policy back at you. Not the one printed on the wall, a better one, from memory, that only he has read. He'd like you to go and check with someone more senior.

Customers
Nitpickers
Nothing is ever quite right. The ice is wrong, the lid is wrong, there's a hair that may or may not exist, and they'd like to talk through all of it.
Take Snippy Susan, for example. She didn't like how you said "next please." She's not angry, she just thinks you should know. She'll be mentioning it to the manager, and also to the people behind her.

Customers
Karens
They want the manager. They wanted the manager before they walked in. Nothing you say will be heard, because the complaint was written on the drive over.
Take Narky Nancy, for example. She hasn't ordered yet. She's not going to. She's here about something that happened on a Tuesday, three weeks ago, and she doesn't speak to minimum wage staff.
